14 October 2011 we can't submit our 01/10/2010 to 31/03/2011 return of service tax due to sum problem now we want to submit our return.

so now i want to know how much penalty we have to pay for this

14 October 2011 For delay up to 15 days-RS.500

For delay beyond 15 days but up to 30 days-RS.1000

For delay beyond 30 days-RS 1,000 + Rs. 100 per day (from 31st day subject to a maximum amount of Rs. 20000.)

You have to pay penalty of RS. 20000/-
