service tax liability arises when service tax payment recd correct
I have recd gross amount but service tax amount not recd now my liability not arised correct .
but now Q is in return how should i show it Plz explain me by e.g and also specify the what column of return fill or not to fill
Plz guide me so urgent I wil be very thank ful to you

No , your liability arises when you recived the gross amount of services.
Immediatelly deposit the tax and file the return.

Service tax need to pay on receipt basis, so you can pay after the realisation of invoice

You will have to gross up ur receipt and pay on balance.
Eg if u received Rs. 100 u have to gross up the amount to Rs. 90 and pay service tax rs. 10/-
