still i m not return the service tax & I am all ready paid every month service tax, please tell me any one what is the next process i want to do for the last financial year & if any penalty i want to pay or what

You can file the half yearly return with the penalty of late fee which will be 100 per day maximum upto 20000/-(as amended)

but i paid upto date @every month & wat happened i didnt returned service tax file to department
