20 December 2014 i am doing construction work i have receive one project who is paying 30L in bank but i am not registered in service tax and he is not ready to pay in cash so what i will do now

20 December 2014 if you are providing any declared service then first after you get min of 9 lakhs as gross consideration must get yourself registered with service tax department and when it crosses rs 10 lakhs then you need to pay service tx.
