One of my client crossed threshold limit of service tax in last financial year 2016-2017, but he is not deposit service tax till date, what action we will do apply for service tax registration or pay it by GST no???

Did he cross 20 lacs GST threshold. If yes apply for service tax registration pay it and migrate to GST. You can't pay service tax under GST No.

He crossed 10 lakh in financial year 2016-2017, service tax threshold limit for 2016-2017 is 10 lacs,
