Service tax registration amendment

I had earlier obtained a Service Tax Registration for my client which now had to be amended so as to add more taxable services being provided by my client.
Thus my question is that do I have to go to service Tax Office again with all paper work for the amendment limited to only addition of services

If u already registered as a service holder for service earlier then u r providing other service from now then u have to amend your status as MULTIPLE SERVICE PROVIDER. you can apply online too.

Yes I have already applied online but do i have to go again to the service tax registration officer for registering the additional services
