25 June 2011 i hv applied service tax no. online but by mistake it register as Non Assesse.

plz give me suggestion.

25 June 2011 I dont understand the exact point you are asking but...

any way you can contact the concern Service Tax Officer and ask him to sentback the form that needs to be corrected and resubmit again.
