Sir,I had filled ST-1 form online for the registration of unit under service tax. I want to ask certain question relating to registration.
1. In the case of Applicant which name is to be filled whether proprietor name or business name.
2. I am providing electricity, water supply, maintainence to a Mall (like westend Mall). I want to ask for which service it should be registered with.

1.If Proprietor then Name of the Proprietor, otherwise depends upon the legal Entity.
2.Under Clause zzg
