i have service tax registration, but my turnover is less then 9 lac,
can i pay service tax on the service invoice
please with rule suggestion

18 July 2016 In case turnover is less than Rs 10 Lakhs you are not required to charge / pay service tax. However you are already registered, as such you have to file periodical return. In case value of service crosses Rs 10 Lakhs during a FY you are required to charge n deposit the Service Tax the moment you cross limit of Rs 10 Lakhs. SSP Exemption is available as per Not. No 33/2012 Dt 20-06-2012.
