I Want to make new proprietorship firm and registration voluntary in service tax.
my question is I have to charge service tax from first bill or after exemption limit cross rs 10 lac

Only after crossing the turnover of Rs. 10 Lacs. Threshold limit of 10Lacs is in favour of the assessee.
