13 June 2009 If a Head office which have 4 branch In delhi, Head office have saprate Service tax Number.
now it want Sevice number for his branch also,in this case what Document is Required for service tax registration number for branch

14 June 2009 Address proofs for each of branch premises, and copies of PAN card of the proprietor in case of proprietorship firm or PAN of the business entity in case of partnership, Ltd companies if you propose to register branched individually.

Otherwise you can also go for centralised registration of head office covering all it's branches if accounting or billing is done centrally at the head office.
