A person was running his business as a sole proprietor & was having Service Tax registration on his Proprietorship Firm name. Now he wants to incorporate a Partnership Firm with his friend & use the same registration number for partnership firm also, can he do so ?

The partnership firm will have new set of PAN NO and Service Tax Registration Number
