24 September 2013 In case of a Proprietorship firm other than PAN card copy of the proprietor and address proof (rental agreement with owner)what other documents are required for registration under Service Tax ?

24 September 2013 For Sole proprietorship, not much requirements.

1) Address proof
2) ID proof
3) Pan card
4) Agreement copy for rent
5) Go to aces, fill ST 1 and correctly fill all the relevant column with service name and code
