Dear Experts,
We Tax Registration in Bangalore..
In this regard could someone clarify:
1) Which forms should i filled & procedure in this regard.
2) What are the documents required
3) Where should i submit documents( My company is located in Bangalore )
2) How long would it take to get the number
3) If i go to outside consultant how much would they change in Bangalore( Approx)

Dear Anonymous
Go to WWW.ACES.GOV.IN
Register youself on the site.
Logon to the site using your ID & Password.
Fill Form ST-1 it is self explanatory.
Take a Print out of ST-1 and Send it to Area Superintendent of Service Tax alongwith followig Docs
1. Id and address proof of all Directors
2. Proof of address of Premises to be registered
3. PAN of the Company
4.Incorporatin Certificate of the Company
5.MOA of the Company
6.Declaration as per annexure to Service Tax Trade Notice 16/ST/2012 dTD 18-6-2012
7.Print out of ST-1 Duly singned by Authorised Signatory.
In case of any difficulty pls call me at 9999236926.
