05 June 2013 i have received two parties Bills one is Rashtriya security and one is Rashtriya tours

both service tax Reg. No. is same and owner is proprietor is it o.k. or not?

05 June 2013 Kindly go to CBEC site (assessee verification) and confirm whether the RC number quoted by the party is correct and whether the address is same. In my opinion the said proprietor can run any number of service oriented business and the number allotted will be same based on his PAN.
