How to claim Service tax refund in Service tax return.
Can we adjust the excess payment of service tax paid in last year with the service tax liability of this year.

REFUND TO BE APPLIED ON A SEPARATE FORM AND NOT THROUGH RETURN.
REFUND APPLICATION ALONGWITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PROOF OD UNJUST ENRICHMENT ETC. REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED.
SELF ADJUSTMENT IS ALLOWED SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND THIS MUST BE INFORMED TO THE DEPTT ALSO.
