Thanks for your repvious information, i also want to know which kind of documents we need to get service tax refund.

If you are a direct exporter - proof of shipment made and proof of receipt of money in foreign currency, your invoice and if available foreigner purchase order.
If you are a supporting exporter then main exporter will give you a certificate to this effect. You have just submit that certificate like our tds certificate or c form.
