In case, if a firm registered under service tax and its turnover is less than 10 lakh whether firm has to pay service tax or not ?

Not required till the unit crosses its taxable services exceed RS.10 Lakhs in a particular year. After crossing the exemption limit the unit has to pay Service TAx at the applicable rates.
