some one please solve the following
1- date of tax payment for a particular Invoice
2- should we have the input tax credit like VAT input(in case of Purchase)
3- calculation of Tax if we purchase Rs. 100 & sale(service ) in 200/-
4-date of tax return in financial year.
kindly inform me in breife

1. within 5th of next month (6th if paid by netbanking)
2. input tax credit available on input services / capital goods only, for service tax paid/ ed paid on capital goods, under CCR 2004
3. tax is payable on 200, less input credit availed ( if any)
4. st return is to be submitted half yearly, within 25 days of half year ending, for apr sept , its 25th oct, and for oct mar 25th april
