Service Tax payable is now on bill basis on which services

01 June 2011 Sir as per , Notification No.25/2011 – Service Tax dated 31.03.11, service tax payable on bill basis, but as per notification some services under clause 105 of section 65, which may continue on receipts basics.
I want to confirm whether event managment, design consultancy is under there or which services ?

01 June 2011 Notification No.03/2011 - ST dated 01.03.2011 and not 25/2011.It includes all services.

01 June 2011 Further, you have an option to pay on billing basis either from 1.04.2011 or 1.07.2011 as the case may be (Notification No. 25/2011).
