If I have paid service tax under protest, should I reflect that in the Service Tax returns?

20 April 2012 service tax return is filed online which is filled up on logical way.Your protest is linked to the officer concerned who has noticed you.The treatment of the said matter be taken up unless it is resolved as per standard of the case.
