Is there any site where we can come to know about the service tax paid by a party by just entering its service tax registeration number????

No, such site is not available

Yes, there is one site but it is only accessible to the Departmental officers and not to outsiders. Give the PAN based tax assessee asseessee code and the period for which the information is required,the same will be provided.
