i want to know whether service tax applicable on web design and web development service provided outside in india????

Yes.. Service Tax applicable. As you are providing service outside India, its export of services. You can claim exemption upto first turnover of Rs. 10 lakh.

thanks riddhi kadhiwala ,but i have different opinion for this,so i m confused,can i know under which rules this covered as exempted??in exemption list i dont see specific this service
