An Indian based pvt. Ltd is envolved in designing and developing Websites and selling it into the Indian market as well as foreign too.
Will there be service Tax or other tax?

service tax is applicable on web designing under designing services,
though treatment will be normal in case of indian market
but for foreign market many facts to be taken into consideration according to
place of provision rules, 2012
