09 May 2013 An Indian based pvt. Ltd is envolved in designing and developing Websites and selling it into the Indian market as well as foreign too.
Will there be service Tax or other tax?

though treatment will be normal in case of indian market
but for foreign market many facts to be taken into consideration according to
place of provision rules, 2012
