Sir,
We are providing EPC contract through work contract for solar power plant in gujarat. The job includes civil,electrical & mechanical. The work can't be distributed in material & service part. My question is what % of service tax we can charge to the client & on what amount.

If u are registering under composition scheme of VAT in Gujrat, Service tax under works contract scheme shall be applicable on the entire contract.

Sir,
We are not register under composition scheme under VAT in Gujarat. Now what will be the percentage of service tax for our EPC work contract regarding solar power plant. What percentage is to be deducted as work contract tax.And are their any other tax benefits we can receive regarding this EPC work contract.Please explain.
