What is the rate of Service Tax applicable to Travel Agents earning through commissions for :
a. Hotel Accommodation Booking
b. Tour Packages

Applicable Service tax rate :
1. Accomodation Booking -: tax on 10% of Amount Charged.
2. Tour Packages -: Tax on 25% of Amount Charged.
3. Any other services provided by tour operator-: Tax on 40% of Amount Charged.
