2.if transporter charge 25% service tax from company, is company can claim service tax paid to the transporter (25% of applicable rate)

24 November 2010 1.Service tax applicable is 10.3% on the 25% of transport charges.
2.The Company, who are the manufacturers or output service providers can avail credit of service tax paid on inward and outward (upto the place of removal only)freight charges.
