We have paid Service on Transporation bill. in this regards Can we Avil service tax credit in Cenvat.(Excise Retrun)

I understand that You must have paid service tax as service recipient under GTA service.......In this regard You can take credit of service tax paid only on inward transportation charges and in case of outward transportation upto the place of removal and can be used for payment of excise duty.......
