03 July 2009 Dear sir ,
Pl.guide me in following case.

I am working in foundry industries .there are some trans.bill which is received me by supplier.the supplier is not service provider or ltd firm. The bills are above nearly Rs 5000/- each trip.
They dont charge me service tax in the bill.

pl.guide me.

03 July 2009 As per service tax rule 4(B) consignment note is mendetory for transporter, if the transporter do not issue consignemnt not, you are not liable to pay service tax on GTA.

11 October 2009 Dear Sir,

The party Don't give me Consignment Note But they give me Debit Note.

What can i do?
