we are paying rs. 18000/- for my carrying my goods. will the service tax be applicable on Transport agency.

29 January 2015 If the nature of goods is Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, Milk, Foodgrains, Pulses then No Service Tax on Transport Agency
Refer Notification No. 33/2004 and 04/2010.


In respect of carriage of other Goods Service tax @ 12.36*.75 =9.27% would be chargable and payable by the transport Agency
