What is the rate of Service tax on Tax (Cab Services)

The rate of service tax on cab is 12.36% but Proprietor and Parternership firm are come under reverse charge mechanism and can only charge on 40% VALUE, REST SERVICE TAX WILL BE DIRECTLY PAID BY THE SERVICE RECEIPENT.
