if A ltd paid amount of 50000/- as sponcership expenses to some event oraganising commety then is servise tax liable ? who is liable to pay service tax ?A Ltd ? plz hurry

If this is the 1st case of A ltd.in this financial year.There wont be any S.Tax liability to A Ltd.
