Can service tax be applied on the amount paid as Royalty for Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights. Please help me in this also pls give the reason for ur answer. Thanking u all

U/S 194J @ 10% on 1. Fee for professional & technical Services 2. Royalty 3. Sum received for not carrying out any activity or not sharing any know how, patient etc.
Aggregate amount of payment does exceeds Rs.20,000 during a f/y for each of the payment referred here.afterthan should have to made.
