I want to know does service tax on rent of commercial property is withdrawn or not . If so from which date.

02 May 2009 It has been termed as unconstitutional by Delhi High Court vide their Judgement on 18th April 2009, & therefore any unconstitutional law becomes scrapped with immd effect of the date of judgement & till date the Cent. Govt has not preferred any appeal in the supreme court agst the order of the high court
