Dear All,
Please let me know, do the service receiver i.e. Pvt Ltd Company has to deposit 100% of the service tax on Rent a cab service availed from a Pvt Ltd entity
Please let me know, do the service receiver i.e. Pvt Ltd Company has to deposit 100% of the service tax on Rent a cab service availed from a Pvt Ltd entity

If the cab service is availed from Pvt. Ltd. Company, reverse charge liability does not exists. 100% of service tax is paid by service provider.
