if a service provider provide service to another service provider who billing to service receiver.
what is the liability of service tax

if a is a service provider having business with mnc companay & provide service of rent a cab.
he hire the cab from b . a billed to company without service tax.

"A" an non corporate entity providing service to Corporate entity..
In this case MNC- the corporate entity has to pay tax on reverse charge mechanism; from 01st July 2012
