he hire the cab from b . a billed to company without service tax.

kindly clarify that in the new amendment service tax applied in every transaction

"A" an non corporate entity providing service to Corporate entity..
In this case MNC- the corporate entity has to pay tax on reverse charge mechanism; from 01st July 2012
