09 June 2012 and if a Service provider co. Provide service Rs. 1500000 in a year 2011-12 and received Rent as a service Rs. 100000 than what will liability on Rent???????

09 June 2012 If the rent received excluding the taxes is more than Rs. 10 Lakhs Service Tax is required to pay. If the rent received is more than Rs. 10 lakhs in the previous financial year, then no exemption is available and Service tax is liable to pay from the first rupee in the following financial year from April on wards.
