I AM WORKING A PVT COMPANY.
I RECEIVED RENT ON HOUSE/COMMERCIAL ROOM.
IS THERE IS SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE.
WHO ID DEPOSITED THE ST OWNER OF ?.
WHAT HAPPEN IF RENT EXCEEDING 10 LAC PA

yes s.tax is applicable on such...property tax should b deducted from rent amount to get d value on which s.tax is to b paid...but if such amount doesnt exced 10laks no service tax if in p.y same was d case....
