we are paying rent to land lord amounting 14,78,400/- p.a including TDS. we are using building for commercial purpose.
Are we liable to pay service tax(12.36%)???.
And what is the Basic Limit?
Please Clarify.....

yes since building is used for comercial purpose then service tax will be chg by landlord as it exceeds rs 10,00,000 of gross receipts.
