We are mainly in broadcasting (Electronic Media) industry. We print magazines on occasionally (i.e. 1 or 2 times in a year)and we take advertisements for Magazine from various clients. So my query is:
a) We should raise Service Tax on Bill.
b) If yes, what is the rate of S.T.
Please provide us any circular / reference.
