MY QUESTION...

AN ASSESSEE IS NRI BUT HAVING PROPERTIES IN INDIA , AND IT IS BEEN GIVEN ON RENT WHETHER THE NRI IS APPLICABLE FOR SERVICE TAX OR NOT

22 August 2013 Service tax need to pay by service recipient to service provider. and service provider need to government ( rent is not under reverse charge method)

I would also like to know that Whether he has to be register in service tax & if yes then, what all document is to submit to the department and who can be the Legal Representative in such case.
