15 December 2013 Hi,

Can anyone guide, whether Magician conducting Magic Shows in Parties or Movies or TV Shows would be covered under which Services?

16 December 2013 yes after 1st july 2012 he will be covered, though entry to 'entertainment events' is in negative list and not covered, also the above kind of activity is in nature of entertainment event's definition but only entry ticket to that particular service is exempt here.
hence his services in above situations as mentioned by you will be taxable

16 December 2013 yes as these are not covered under negative list nor any specific notification is given for exempting them.
