I HAVE QUERY THAT PERSON DOING JOB WORK FOR PRINTING OF VISITING CARD, LATTER HEAD & LIKE SUCH IS ON SUCH WORK ANY SREVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE OR NOT @ WHAT RATE?

I think service tax is not applicable on such services as the same is taxable under VAT provisions in relation to works contract tax.
