Hi my name is viren gandhi. I have One life Insurance policy with Max newyork life insurance co. My Quaterly premium is Rs. 2525.31 inclusive service tax. I want to know whether i claim service tax amount as deduction under chapter VI-A U/s 80C

You can claim the deduction of entire amount including Service tax U/s 80C
