Group Company paid EMD's on behalf of other company and raised a debit note for the EMD amount is this transaction subject to service tax

1.For SFM- Rajesh Makkar, AN Sridhar, Padhuka publication.
2.For DT- Vinod Gupta, Girish ahuja, V.k Singhania.
3.For Audit- Padhuka publication, Surbhi bansal.
4.For IDT- VS Datey
Friends please suggest me among these books or any other which are best.
Suggest me a book which is self explanatory as well as covers whole Syllabbus.
