Service Tax on giving two wheeler on rent

my company provide two wheeler on rent. whether service tax will be applicable? and we have got sales tax registration also whether sales tax return will be required to be filed, even if there is no vat on renting a bike?

If the tangible goods is given without transfere of the right to use, such incident will cover under the service tax event under the head "supply of tangible goods for use" under section 65(105)(zzzzj).
