maine pvt ltd company mein 20 generator rent par diye hai jisme diesel aur maintenance company ka hai . meri billing f.y. 2012-13 350000.00 year ki hai aur total taxable billing f.y. 2012-13 mein 1254000.00 ki hai to kya generator rent par service tax applicable hoga .f.y. 2012-13 mein rcm applicable hoga generator rent .

It seems that the year 2012-13 is the first year. You can claim the benefit of exemption limmit of Rs 10 lacs and have to pay service tax on renting of generator.
