And in my opinion, as per notification no. 10/2008 dated 01.03.08, it can not be claimed. so update ur knowledge.

27 August 2008 no it will not be available for credit till febuary 2008 it was from place of removal but now as per notifiacation as told by you it is upto place of removal.and customers place cannot be place of removal as per excise .if your place of removal is your warehouse or your depot if any then freight upto that warehouse or the depot can be available for credit.

27 August 2008 I have clearly mentioned that from place of removal to customer place which will not be available.
