no it will not be available for credit till febuary 2008 it was from place of removal but now as per notifiacation as told by you it is upto place of removal.and customers place cannot be place of removal as per excise .if your place of removal is your warehouse or your depot if any then freight upto that warehouse or the depot can be available for credit.

I have clearly mentioned that from place of removal to customer place which will not be available.
