Please advise in case company is charging service tax separately on freight bill raised by it, is there still laibility on company to pay service tax? as per service tax act there is reverse liability in case of GTA

Kindly clarify whether the company in question which is charging ST is transporter? Or the Purchase Invoice contains the Freight amt. and ST on the freight collected by the supplier of material?
In case the ST is charged by the transporter company, you are not required to pay them , if u are falling under the categories of the entities which are to follow the ST provisions as a Service Enjoyer.
