A Pvt. Ltd. Company is developing software,website and maintaining them also for its foreign client from India. What is service tax liability if any?

This service will be taxable as the service is provided in India thus taxable

The activity of developing software, website and maintaining them is a service as per the definition provided in the Finance Act, 1994. The above service is a taxable service since it is not covered in the negative list and also not notified within the entries of the Mega Exemption Notification.
